Refund Policy

Vivek Creation provides the best quality products and has the capability to meet the client's expectations. Every work is divided into modules, and advanced payment should be made based on that.

We try to cancel out the chances of a refund by discussing the scope of work in detail. We discuss the strategies and divide the project into milestones. Based on the amount of the service you order, the advance payment is decided. If there is any discrepancy in client satisfaction, Vivek Creation takes 24 hours to resolve before the client files for a refund.

1 There won't be any refund on the completion of every milestone.

2 In bulk service requests, 30% of the amount is refunded only if the client notifies within 3 days of confirmation of the scope of work.

3 The client needs to give a valid reason and clear evidence to ask for a refund. If the reasons are questionable, then there won’t be any refund.

4 Payment already made for the services delivered by Vivek Creation won't fall under the refund policy.

5 The refund is applicable only on the original priced service. 6 .There is no refund on customized services or discounted products

7 The digital marketing package is non-refundable, and the cancellation of work will be accepted 30 days in advance.

8 There will be a 100% refund of charges if any project remains unattended by Vivek Creation for more than 30 days.

9 To get a refund, you need to show the original receipt proof.

10 The refunded amount will be directly credited to your given account within 10 working days
