Any violation in the word of conduct would indicate a violation of copyright. The right to use the product is only with the client or organization. To use the content somewhere else, authorisation from Vivek Creation is required. According to Section 17 of the Copyright Act, the producer of the work, here Vivek Creation, is the first owner of the copyright in the underlying work. Copyright is applicable to - images, logos, content, web designs, website and app development, motion graphics, and wedding stationeries.
